Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Crédito Real USA Finance. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage title and lien release requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to title-related emails and faxes in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding title and lien issues on a daily basis.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks related to title maintenance, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the auto finance industry, preferably in a role related to collections, call centers, or insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills.
