This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position offering a competitive hourly wage of $20. The standard working hours are 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Gathering and distributing information via phone, email, or mail
- Compiling and reporting data results and statuses
- Communicating necessary data and reports
- Preparing and maintaining essential documents and procedures
- Managing and overseeing a training management system
- Researching training supplies and materials, including details, cost comparisons, and timelines
- Ordering supplies for the training department as required
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficient in administrative support
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience: Entry-level, no prior experience required
