Office Administrative Coordinator

Crédito Real USA Finance is a prominent provider of automobile financing solutions in the country, and we are currently looking for an Office Administrative Coordinator to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Process title and lien release requests on a regular basis
- Manage daily title-related emails and faxes
- Check title-related voicemail messages twice daily
- Follow up on pending title and lien matters consistently
- Assist with various title maintenance initiatives
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated positive demeanor and effective communication abilities
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously
- Strong organizational skills and adept time management
- Background in Auto Finance or Auto Dealer Services is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Compensation Package:
$21 per hour plus benefits
