Job Overview

Crédito Real USA Finance is a prominent provider of automobile financing solutions in the country, and we are currently looking for an Office Administrative Coordinator to enhance our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process title and lien release requests on a regular basis
  • Manage daily title-related emails and faxes
  • Check title-related voicemail messages twice daily
  • Follow up on pending title and lien matters consistently
  • Assist with various title maintenance initiatives
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated positive demeanor and effective communication abilities
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and adept time management
  • Background in Auto Finance or Auto Dealer Services is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential

Compensation Package:

$21 per hour plus benefits
