Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greets and welcomes guests as they arrive.
  • Oversees guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures.
  • Handles confidential guest information, including room assignments and payment methods.
  • Responds promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring all issues are resolved effectively.
  • Adheres to all in-service training requirements and complies with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a hotel front desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage challenging situations with composure.

Work Environment:

Professional setting requiring business-casual attire or, in some cases, a uniform. High levels of communication are necessary with both internal and external clients.

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role:

Frequent close vision tasks, repetitive motions; bending; standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours); walking; reaching; occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
