Your Role in Our Success

As a Guest Services Representative, your warm welcome, outstanding service, and infectious smile will be crucial in ensuring that guests have memorable vacations from check-in to check-out. You will embody hospitality in every interaction, whether sharing insights about the resort and local attractions or assisting with reservations and room rate inquiries.

In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to:
  • Brighten guests' days with genuine welcomes
  • Guide guests through the check-in process, issue room keys, and provide essential information about the resort and surrounding attractions
  • Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with established protocols
  • Maintain accurate cash records, perform cash checks, and fulfill other financial responsibilities
  • Complete all check-out procedures, ensuring that charges and credits are accurately reflected in guest accounts
  • Manage reservations for individuals and groups
  • Provide accurate room rate information to guests
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly
  • Foster teamwork and quality service through effective communication and collaboration with other departments

Your Qualifications
  • Professional demeanor and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Knowledge of hotel front office systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in guest services within a hospitality setting or one year of customer service experience in a retail or service environment
