Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with pre-arrival and arrival processes, including making arrangements for amenities and services.
  • Review and log guest preferences and traces in our computer system.
  • Conduct pre-departure calls to ensure a smooth check-out process.
  • Handle front office duties, including check-in and check-out, and prepare arrival and departure packets.
  • Respond to guest requests for information and services, including transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
