Your Role

As a Guest Services Representative, your warm welcome, outstanding service, and infectious smile will be essential in creating memorable vacations for our guests from check-in to check-out. You will embody hospitality in every interaction, whether it’s sharing information about the resort and local attractions or assisting with reservations.

In this dynamic role, you will have the chance to:
  • Welcome guests from around the globe with genuine warmth
  • Assist guests through the check-in process, issue room keys, and provide insights about the resort and surrounding attractions
  • Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with established protocols
  • Ensure accurate cash balancing, perform cash checks, and fulfill other cashier responsibilities
  • Complete check-out procedures and confirm that charges and credits are accurately reflected in guest accounts
  • Manage reservations for individuals and groups
  • Provide accurate room rate information to guests
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly
  • Foster teamwork and high-quality service through effective communication and collaboration with other departments

What You Bring to the Table
  • A professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English
  • Problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic computer and office skills
  • Familiarity with hotel hospitality front office systems is a plus
  • Capability to work independently or collaboratively as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in guest services within a hospitality setting or one year of customer service experience in a service or retail environment
