Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Stealth Recruiting Services. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Sales and Business Development: Focus on sales to a diverse range of clients, including End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs, across various industries.
  • Account Management: Coordinate with internal teams to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and address customer needs continuously, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that meet company standards, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Negotiate terms of sale within authorized limits, maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Market Feedback and Product Development: Provide market feedback to improve products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in an Engineering discipline and/or 5 years of experience in a strategic sales environment is preferred.
  • Experience with electric motors and industrial sales is desirable.
  • A client-focused, motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent presentation skills for delivering information to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
