This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Occasional overtime may be necessary.

We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training, with hours aligned with your schedule. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative intake of members
  • Working with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers
  • Processing incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification, and census roles, and HEDIS measures
  • Assisting the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
  • Handling resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers

You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role. We also offer opportunities for development in other roles you may be interested in.

Required qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry and with healthcare insurance
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A clerical or administrative support background
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes
  • Experience working in a call center
