At True Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in all aspects of medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with patient care management and execute administrative and clinical procedures under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.
  • Perform clinical procedures, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and administering basic first aid.
  • Collect routine laboratory specimens and operate office medical equipment as directed by the physician.
  • Assist with patient examinations and treatments, and maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of Medical Assistant training preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
  • Proficiency in computer software and electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one year of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certification by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or American Medical Technologists (AMT).
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
