We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to join their safety conscious team. The Facility Coordinator supports several different functions in the facility including receiving, shipping, and general administration.

  • Plant receiving, drum receiving and staging, and profile access and printing
  • Data entry and scanning for drum and bulk receiving and tracking operations
  • Printing drum labels
  • Enter environmental monitoring data into spreadsheets for graphing and reporting purposes
  • Perform security function when required by logging in and out all entrants to facility at Security Checkpoint
  • Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
  • Staging loads and printing manifests
  • Will perform all mailings, USPS and/ FED EX

What does it take to work for Noble Oil? 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+years of administrative support or office management
  • MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Computer savvy
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs, stoop, bend and sit for long periods
