Job Summary:

She Recruits, LLC seeks a highly skilled Medical Staff Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the credentialing and privileging process for the medical staff and allied health members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process appointments and requests for temporary privileges, reappointments, and changes in privileges.
  • Maintain and manage the professional practice evaluation process, including Focused and Ongoing PPEs.
  • Organize and participate in medical staff meetings as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly those related to the Joint Commission.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree is required, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification is mandatory.
  • NAMSS certification is desired, but not required.
  • Experience in medical/hospital settings, particularly in coding, billing, or credentialing, is highly valued.
