About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Large Market Account Executive to lead our client relationships, develop benefits strategies, and manage client benefits programs. As a key contributor and leader for large market clients, you will be responsible for benefits consulting and vendor management, including placing insurance and coordinating the assigned client team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop employee benefits strategies and lead sophisticated benefits consulting projects
  • Manage vendors and develop client reports
  • Lead external meetings and internal resource coordination
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service
  • Display an in-depth understanding of the Health and Benefits benefits marketplace, as well as Aon's Health and Benefits practice
Requirements
  • Ten or more years of Health and Benefits background
  • Five plus years of benefits consulting/brokerage experience
  • Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline
  • Complex project management experience
  • Broad business knowledge/perspective
  • Team building skills
  • Business development experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
