Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our revenue organization, you will be responsible for prospecting and nurturing larger named accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and nurture larger named accounts, including SMB and mid-enterprise customers, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with customers throughout their lifecycle, from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid conversion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, managing customer follow-up and pipeline data in DevRev's in-house CRM.
- Collaborate with our Growth team to increase product awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Guide customers through implementation plans to further adoption and drive paid conversion.
- Work with our Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and feature requests.
- Create content and refine scripts to support the customer journey and engagement points.
- 7+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to sales, focused on growth, creativity, and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
