About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Named Account Manager to join our Sales organization at Arista Networks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at our target accounts.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to design and position compelling solutions that meet the business needs of our customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work closely with our marketing teams to develop and execute demand generation activities that drive sales growth.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships to expand our reach and influence in the market.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of success in the enterprise market.
  • Strong understanding of data center and networking technologies, including cloud computing, SDN, and NFV.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
