Aon is seeking a highly skilled Health Solutions Large Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key contributor and leader for large market clients, you will be responsible for benefits consulting and vendor management for assigned clients, including placing insurance and coordinating the assigned client team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop employee benefits strategies and lead sophisticated benefits consulting projects
  • Manage vendors and develop client reports
  • Lead external meetings and internal resource coordination
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service
Requirements
  • Ten or more years of Health and Benefits background
  • Five plus years of benefits consulting/brokerage experience
  • Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline
  • Complex project management experience
  • Broad business knowledge/perspective
  • Team building skills
  • Business development experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
