Why should you join the SLED team?
World Wide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Client Executive to support our SLED team by focusing on Government in Austin, primarily the State of Texas. This position will focus on working with our internal and external teams to provide solutions and expand our services footprint within the Austin Metro area.
What will you be doing?
The Client Executive role is to achieve impressive goals by offering World Wide Technology's advanced suite of products and services. WWT's many partnerships include multiple OEMs like Cisco, Dell, HP, NetApp, AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure, VMware and many more. This individual, in partnership with a talented team of System Engineers and Business Development, will build consultative relationships with current and prospective customers while also focus on expanding WWT's footprint of services capabilities from deployment and consulting services to post deployment strategic staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on the State of Texas and Austin Metropolitan area pursuing and driving strategic programs.
- Provide Insight and Thought Leadership regarding customer challenges and needs.
- Forecast and execute on calculated areas, deal program qualification & strategy.
- Account planning, plan execution and competitive market positioning of WWT.
- Work with various WWT team members on business solutions which will both enhance the role of WWT with our customer as well as drive profitability.
- Engage our company Subject Matter Experts.
- Formal RFP strategy.
- Customer presentations of solutions or proposals.
- Proposal, Contract review, development, and negotiations.
- Opportunity pricing and financial modeling.
- Develop new service offerings and solutions.
- System demonstrations to customers.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and key service providers/partners.
Requirements:
- Current Executive and Leadership relationships within the State of Texas.
- Current understanding of customer needs and challenges.
- 10 or more years working within the customers environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelors Degree.
