As a Customer Support Specialist at Clicklease, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service and assistance. Your role will involve managing both incoming and outgoing communications, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information regarding our offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming communications and assist clients with their questions, requests, and concerns.
  • Deliver comprehensive information about Clicklease's offerings.
  • Facilitate client orders, applications, and payment processing.
  • Address client complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and transactions within our CRM platform.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of communications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
