We are in search of a Customer Service Associate (Beauty Specialist) to assist our esteemed clients and customers through various communication channels including email, SMS, and inbound calls. Work Schedule- Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM MST
- Possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, featuring four days onsite and one day remote.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, texts, and emails, addressing everything from basic questions to order processing and issue resolution.
- Engage with clients in a prompt, organized, and professional manner.
- Balance customer advocacy with effective business negotiation.
- Gather and relay customer feedback regarding product quality and purchasing experiences for ongoing enhancement.
- Familiarize oneself with various brands within the organization.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service with proactive and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking notes.
- Experience in beauty or cosmetology is advantageous.
- Must exhibit a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude as a team player.
- Proficient in computer usage and comfortable navigating multiple software applications and the Internet.
- High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- References from previous work and personal experiences are required.
- Eligibility for a quarterly bonus of 5%.
