Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect Lead that can bring demonstrated experience to support a Department of Defense customer. The team will support the client in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing computing risks while developing strategies to secure the Agency's systems, networks, and data. It will ensure the accreditation of systems through robust cybersecurity strategies and continuous monitoring to protect against internal and external threats. The program's goal is to enhance cybersecurity, ensuring that information infrastructure remains secure, accessible, and trusted by authorized users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, Information Security Systems Manager, and Program Manager to address non-compliance issues captured in Cybersecurity Scorecard
  • Primary briefer(s) for all monthly Cybersecurity Solutions requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews presented at the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board, Defense Security Agency Working Group, Information Domain, and Intelligence and Reconnaissance Systems Management Committee board meetings
  • Provide support to the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board Chair on all Cybersecurity Solutions-related issues/concerns for the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board Secretariat.
  • Execute the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board Strategic goals, including operational and organizational concepts, policy and planning, risk assessment analysis, and vulnerability assessments for all Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board-related actions
  • Identify all issues or topics that require a Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board level risk rating decisions in the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board meetings; identify potential/upcoming topics; identify tasking that provides additional information for the Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board's consideration and organize and propose issues and topics for consideration at monthly Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board meetings.
  • Execute the Defense Security Agency Working Group Strategic goals to include operational and organizational concepts, policy, planning, risk assessment analysis, and vulnerability assessments for all Defense Security Agency Working Group-related actions. Support the Defense Security Agency Working Group Chairman for the Public Affairs Coordinator, Department of Defense Chief Information Security Officer meeting, Cybersecurity Domain Technical Advisory Board meeting, Information Domain meetings, Department of Defense Intelligence and Reconnaissance Systems Management Committee meetings, Cybersecurity Working Group, and other Department of Defense ad-hoc meetings monthly.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and internal documentation
  • Develop technical papers describing Defense Security Agency Working Group-related issues and topics for monthly coordination with the appropriate Department of Defense/Intelligence Community representatives and the Chief, Cybersecurity Division/Assistant
  • Provide Cross Domain Subject Matter Expert level support to the Requirements Management Engineer in the area of Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Oversee and manage all Cross Domain related activities in their respective organizations
  • Keep the National Cross Domain Strategy & Management Office informed of new requirements, customer needs, and capability gaps
  • Attend Cross Domain community forums (8-12 per month)

Required Qualifications:

  • Leadership expertise and technical expertise (architecture), strategic thinking, bigger picture, cross-domain pieces.
  • 3+ years as a Cybersecurity Technical Lead or Project Manager

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT-related field required.

Clearance Requirement: Top Secret with SCI eligibility required.
