The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in devising innovative solutions in response to federal government Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The successful applicant will have a robust technical foundation in cybersecurity and exceptional writing abilities to clearly convey intricate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with federal government clients to comprehend agency missions and project goals, including identifying key challenges, requirements, constraints, and potential evaluation criteria for RFPs.
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and document inventive solutions that meet customer specifications.
  • Draft comprehensive technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation strategies.
  • Effectively present proposals and solution concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert during pre-sales activities, client meetings, and presentations.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in application development, cloud computing, data management, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes and methodologies for solution development and proposal writing.
  • Lead teams of Subject Matter Experts and partners in solution brainstorming sessions.
  • Craft compelling technical proposal content in response to RFP requirements.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions that differentiate the company in the market.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity roles such as CISO, ISSO, Cyber Engineer, Auditor, or similar, with a proven history of delivering solutions for federal clients.
  • CISSP Certification or equivalent is mandatory, with additional cybersecurity certifications being highly desirable.
  • Extensive expertise in cybersecurity, including governance, risk management, compliance, and cyber-engineering.
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and FISMA.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the capability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive proposals and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, RFP evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in data management, AI, and machine learning technologies, as well as application development, is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
