Position Overview

The Client Engagement Specialist is accountable for enhancing membership within current accounts and for directly overseeing business interactions with client accounts. This role ensures that systems and processes are effectively established to fulfill the requirements of both internal and external clients. The specialist will devise and execute strategies and policies pertinent to account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive account management for assigned customers, focusing on maintaining persistency results, driving membership and revenue growth, and nurturing relationships with customers and brokers.
  • Contributes insights that positively influence financial outcomes.
  • Guarantees exceptional service and expansion through the cultivation of client and broker partnerships.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in health benefits.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with strong sales negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
  • Financial acumen with the capability to expand the business portfolio.
This position may involve occasional or permanent remote work; therefore, a reliable internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is necessary.

This role is also expected to qualify for an incentive compensation plan.
