The Client Services Executive is tasked with enhancing membership within established accounts while directly overseeing business relationships with client portfolios. Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of assigned client accounts, including accountability for retention rates, membership expansion, and revenue enhancement, alongside fostering relationships with customers and brokers.
- Contributes insights that positively influence financial outcomes.
- Guarantees superior service and growth through the cultivation of client and broker partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years' experience in health benefits.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities, along with sales negotiation expertise.
- Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
- Financial acumen with a proven ability to expand a business portfolio.
This position is also expected to qualify for an incentive compensation program.
