Position: MATCH Navigator (Care Coordinator) for Region 3

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED along with three (3) years of relevant experience in a social services environment; alternatively, candidates may qualify with one (1) year of experience in a comparable role at the Social Services Technician 2 level or equivalent.
