Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Energy Northwest. This role will provide administrative support to the Plant General Manager and direct reports, requiring a high level of discretion, independent judgment, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the PGM and direct reports, including attending meetings, recording actions, and preparing meeting agendas.
  • Coordinate special projects, prepare and administer budgets, lead meetings, and provide training.
  • Monitor and maintain department budgets, administer travel programs, and enroll personnel in training databases.
  • Obtain, analyze, and act upon feedback from customers and suppliers to enhance communication among management, employees, and outside agencies.
  • Assist in obtaining access to Energy Northwest for contractors, visitors, and support in-processing efforts.
  • Identify critical and urgent issues, design and implement administrative policies, training, and information flow.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 7 years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, company employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex information requests, determine complex trends, and make recommendations to management.
