Role Overview:

The lifecycle marketing function is integral to MasterClass's ongoing success. In this role, you will track and enhance our users' experiences across various communication channels, catering to both B2C and B2B audiences. You will collaborate with a talented group of marketers and work alongside teams in Product, Marketing, Engineering, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted programs and campaigns tailored to different customer segments, focusing on driving acquisition and engagement.
  • Oversee various aspects of lifecycle marketing, including the creative brief process, messaging alignment, project updates, quality assurance, data integrity checks, and stakeholder approvals.
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones, campaign successes, and challenges to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Design and manage the experimentation strategy for engagement and enterprise campaigns, continually refining methods to enhance class participation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Product, Creative Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure lifecycle communications are relevant, personalized, and aligned with our brand.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency with a major Email Service Provider (ESP), with experience in Iterable being a significant advantage.
  • A proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with essential technical tools and languages (HTML, CSS, Java) that underpin lifecycle campaigns.
  • A strong grasp of key marketing metrics for effective campaign analysis.
