Business Development Manager

Rockline Industries is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned categories and items, driving profitable sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute company activities against assigned customer categories and items to contribute to corporate revenue and profit goals.
  • Develop and present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and customers using established Line Review and Business Review formats.
  • Prepare and present Proformas and negotiate selling prices with customers, implementing defined pricing strategies.
  • Utilize sales and supply chain reports to identify opportunities and implement solutions, collaborating with Demand Planning to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure successful item-level launches, deletions, and transitions, and demonstrate commitment to Rockline's RRITE Values.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment and perform other job-related work as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Specialist or comparable customer experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with ability to prepare and present information effectively.
  • Ability to identify and analyze information, recognizing opportunities and recommending action, and to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Must be able to prioritize work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
