Business Development Manager

Rockline Industries is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our Walmart/Sam's Club business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and managing relationships with our assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that meet corporate revenue and profit goals.
  • Prepare and present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and customers, utilizing established Line Review and Business Review formats.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, working closely with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Utilize sales and supply chain data to identify opportunities and implement solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure successful item-level launches, deletions, and transitions.
  • Embody Rockline's RRITE Values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or comparable customer-facing experience.

  • Ability to identify and analyze information, recognizing opportunities and recommending action.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with evolving processes and priorities.
