About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at HARIBO of America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business with Sam's Club and Walmart, while also driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Sam's Club and Walmart
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales efforts
  • Develop and execute promotional sales programs to drive sales growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of business development/account management experience in the CPG/Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • 1+ years of experience selling consumer packaged goods into Walmart and/or Sam's Club
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing IRI, Nielsen, or related syndicated data
  • Experience with Luminate, Retail Link, Madrid, or other Walmart/Sams's Club specific sales data systems
