In this role, you will:

  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of PPDS solutions within S/4 to elevate production efficiency and minimize lead times.
  • Leverage iPPE in SAP to construct and oversee integrated models of products and production workflows, ensuring a seamless connection between design and manufacturing.
  • Formulate strategies for mixed model planning to accommodate diverse production scenarios and product intricacies.
  • Execute detailed scheduling and capacity planning to maximize resource utilization and throughput.
  • Engage with IT and business stakeholders to ensure that PPDS functionalities are in sync with overarching business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on process design and workflow enhancements within the PPDS framework.
  • Facilitate training and support for end-users to effectively navigate and utilize PPDS tools and systems.
  • Stay abreast of the latest innovations in production planning technologies and methodologies.
  • Possess a solid foundation in S/4- Supply Chain, ePPDS, and Integrated Product and Process Engineering.
  • Have experience in deploying and supporting the ePPDS module of S/4 or the PPDS module of SAP- APO.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in iPPE and a strong familiarity with engineering to order (ETO) environments.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of mixed model planning techniques in a manufacturing context.
  • Showcase excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possess the ability to collaborate effectively and articulate complex concepts with clarity.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have knowledge of S/4 modules such as PP, MM, QM, and SD.
  • SAP Certification in Production Planning or related fields is a plus.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain APICS like CPIM, CSCP are also advantageous.
