As a Senior Consultant for Production Planning and Control, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing PPDS solutions in S/4 to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead times.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed scheduling and capacity planning to optimize resources and throughput.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure that PPDS functionalities align with overall business goals.
  • Provide expert consultation on process design and workflow improvement within the context of PPDS.
  • Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing PPDS tools and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in production planning technologies and methodologies.

As a Senior Consultant for Production Planning and Control, you will have the opportunity to work with a robust background in S/4- Supply Chain, specifically within the ePPDS module, coupled with expertise in Integrated Product and Process Engineering (iPPE) and model mixed planning.

Your Qualifications

  • Six to Eight Years of Implementing and/or supporting ePPDS module of S/4 or PPDS module of SAP-APO.
  • Two to Three Implementation project experience as Functional consultant.
  • Proven expertise in iPPE and familiarity with engineering to order (ETO) environments.
  • Strong understanding of model mixed planning techniques and their application in a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of other S/4 modules such as PP, MM, QM, and SD.
  • SAP Certification in Production Planning or related areas (Nice to Have).
  • Supply Chain APICs Certification like CPIM, CSCP (Nice to Have).
