Position Overview:

As a Client Relationship Manager at Invictus Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients while strategically selling deliverable-based technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, engaging with a diverse range of clients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and IT needs to provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  2. Sales and Solution Selling:
    • Drive sales by identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose innovative, deliverable-based technology solutions.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value of our services.
  3. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients, market segments, and emerging technologies.
  4. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Work closely with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT sales or account management, with a focus on deliverable-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
  • Base salary ranging from $85,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications including years of experience, presidents club wins, & relationships.
  • Attractive commission and bonus structure based on sales performance.
