About the Role:
This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. You will be responsible for expanding relationships beyond current customer contacts/business groups, establishing and nurturing relationships with procurement teams, and being the Zifo champion for requests for proposals (RFPs). Additional responsibilities include:
- Identify and propose value adds to customers
- Be accountable for steering committee meetings and presentations with customer leadership
- Provide insights into industry trends and share consultative inputs with customers
