Job Overview: We are seeking a Strategic Account Partner to join our team at Zifo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth. With a strong focus on customer centricity and solution-based account management, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnerships with our customers.

About the Role:
This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities. You will be responsible for expanding relationships beyond current customer contacts/business groups, establishing and nurturing relationships with procurement teams, and being the Zifo champion for requests for proposals (RFPs). Additional responsibilities include:
  1. Identify and propose value adds to customers
  2. Be accountable for steering committee meetings and presentations with customer leadership
  3. Provide insights into industry trends and share consultative inputs with customers
