Chicago Inside Sales Representative Opportunity

We are a rapidly growing technology company in the Chicagoland area, seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage and expand accounts in our Eastern territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to exceed expectations, be a team player, and be willing to adapt to changing priorities. We provide full training for our candidates.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting inside sales outreach, developing a deep understanding of our products and services, cultivating lasting relationships with clients, and utilizing CRM systems to identify potential clients and support business growth efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inside sales outreach focused on booking appointments exclusively.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Cultivate enduring and positive relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to pinpoint potential clients and support business expansion efforts.
  • Start and assist through sales process.
  • Expand and nurture accounts through diligent research and networking.
  • Present our offerings to potential clients effectively.
  • Coordinate sales activities by collaborating with various departments.
  • Analyze sales data to spot trends and optimize performance.
  • Aid sales managers and outside sales executives in managing client records within the CRM system.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally (around 5%) for special company events, training sessions, and other related activities.

Requirements:

• 6 months + of previous experience within a sales environment or account management with desire to jump into business development

• Driven work ethic, motivated to succeed

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email

• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; detail oriented

• Experience with any CRM is preferred

• Competitive salary ($70-90K first year) plus commission
