Account Development Specialist

Our company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding accounts in our Eastern territory. This role involves conducting inside sales outreach, developing a deep understanding of our products and services, and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside sales outreach to book appointments exclusively.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Cultivate enduring and positive relationships with clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to pinpoint potential clients and support business expansion efforts.
- Start and assist through sales process.
- Expand and nurture accounts through diligent research and networking.
- Present our offerings to potential clients effectively.
- Coordinate sales activities by collaborating with various departments.
- Analyze sales data to spot trends and optimize performance.
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external clients.
Requirements:
- 6 months + of previous experience within a sales environment or account management with desire to jump into business development
- Driven work ethic, motivated to succeed
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; detail oriented
- Experience with any CRM is preferred
Salary Information:
• Estimated salary range: $70-90K per year
• Commission-based compensation structure
