Job Description

Our company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding accounts in our Eastern territory. This role involves conducting inside sales outreach, developing a deep understanding of our products and services, and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct inside sales outreach to book appointments exclusively.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services.
  3. Cultivate enduring and positive relationships with clients.
  4. Utilize CRM systems to pinpoint potential clients and support business expansion efforts.
  5. Start and assist through sales process.
  6. Expand and nurture accounts through diligent research and networking.
  7. Present our offerings to potential clients effectively.
  8. Coordinate sales activities by collaborating with various departments.
  9. Analyze sales data to spot trends and optimize performance.
  10. Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external clients.

Requirements:
  • 6 months + of previous experience within a sales environment or account management with desire to jump into business development
  • Driven work ethic, motivated to succeed
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively via phone and email
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; detail oriented
  • Experience with any CRM is preferred

Salary Information:
• Estimated salary range: $70-90K per year
• Commission-based compensation structure
