This role encompasses the enforcement of property regulations, budget preparation, financial management, and participation in board meetings, which may occur during the day or evening.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming inquiries and potential tenants, integrating them into marketing strategies to enhance leasing outcomes.
  • Facilitate tenant agreements by negotiating lease terms and managing security deposits to ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences.
  • Determine competitive rental rates by analyzing local market trends and calculating operational costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit objectives.
  • Conduct property showings and generate enthusiasm among prospective tenants to achieve timely leasing of all units.
  • Develop budgets, collect rental payments, settle bills, and execute other financial duties to meet established financial targets.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor both in person and over the phone.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills are essential.
