Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incoming inquiries and prospects, integrating them into marketing strategies to enhance leasing outcomes.
  • Facilitate tenant agreements by negotiating lease terms and managing security deposits to ensure seamless transitions for new and departing residents.
  • Determine competitive rental pricing by analyzing local market rates and calculating associated costs, including overhead, depreciation, taxes, and profit objectives.
  • Conduct property showings and generate enthusiasm among potential tenants to ensure timely leasing of all available units.
  • Develop budgets, manage rent collection, settle bills, and execute other financial responsibilities to meet established financial goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor both in person and over the phone.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills are essential.
