Business Development Executive

At Ole Mexican Foods, INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to lead our retail sales team in the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail sales and/or account management.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $75,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key retailers, Independent Operators, and other stakeholders to deliver on company sales objectives and key performance indicators.
You will collaborate with Regional and Division Managers on all activities and communications, budget, plan, and communicate internally for all key customers. Your duties will include selling and executing sales programs for all retailers, including national, regional, and independent customers, as well as planning and leading flawless execution of all promotional and marketing programs to optimize investments.
To succeed in this role, you must have a college degree or equivalent DSD experience, be bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required, and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and work well in team environments while being a self-starter.
