Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Land Development Project Manager to lead our team in Ontario, CA.

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that will oversee all aspects of land development projects, including conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, storm-water pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project proposals, scopes, and budgets, as well as managing execution and tracking of projects. They will also develop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline, lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related) and a PE License in California, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in private sector site/civil projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
  • Prepare and present technical reports and project documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
