Overview:

The ERP Supply Chain division offers continuous support for various healthcare facilities under CHRISTUS Health. A comprehensive grasp of ERP systems and associated third-party applications is essential for the team's success. This role demands a thorough understanding of ERP capabilities, architecture, and workflows tailored to meet the requirements of both direct and indirect Supply Chain operations.

The ERP Analyst operates within a collaborative, in-person team setting, possessing insights into how ERP solutions correspond with business objectives and procedures within the Supply Chain, particularly in the healthcare sector. A critical aspect of this position involves supporting the deployment and upkeep of the ERP system, diagnosing and resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, thereby optimizing ERP functionality. The ability to communicate effectively and share insights, requirements, and concepts across various organizational levels, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing time-sensitive demands, is crucial, especially when balancing support and implementation priorities.

The ERP Analyst is tasked with advancing Supply Chain capabilities and operational efficiency throughout the CHRISTUS Health ERP system. This includes:

• Providing guidance and support to users in the operation and management of the ERP system.

• Fostering and nurturing proactive, positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in defined processes; enhancing work methodologies; identifying best practices; and promoting efficiency.

• Utilizing current industry and product knowledge for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation within the ERP, as well as third-party integrated solutions.

• Ensuring effective communication for the benefit of the team, internal stakeholders, and business partners.

• Setting priorities as necessary to manage a diverse array of tasks with minimal oversight.

• Documenting business requirements to align functionality and design with processes and policies.

• Demonstrating the ability to work under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment with a willingness to learn and develop.

• Maintaining system integrity through the review and testing of system updates, communicating with affected teams as needed.

• Ensuring ERP Supply Chain training materials are updated in line with system changes.

• Recording issues and resolutions for future reference; assisting in the creation and maintenance of FAQs.

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure resolution has been achieved.

• Collaborating with business partners to address support issues as required.

• Monitoring system error queues and coordinating resolutions when appropriate.

• Identifying and troubleshooting ERP challenges, distinguishing between user and system errors.

• Assisting with education and training as needed based on current requirements.

• Serving as a resource to the ERP Analyst, providing guidance and support as necessary.

• Leading coordination of onboarding activities, including build, support, and education related to go-live preparations.

• Providing occasional on-call support outside of standard working hours.

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Being highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Exhibiting a proven ability to organize and prioritize various projects and requirements to meet multiple deadlines.

• Displaying a strong drive for success with a commitment to assisting others.

• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with all levels of personnel within a large organization.

• Responsibilities may be adjusted as determined by leadership and/or business needs, maintaining flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • In lieu of a degree, 4 or more years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP support will be considered.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, with preference given to those with healthcare experience.
  • Understanding of ERP solution functionality.
  • Experience with the use and navigation of an ERP solution, preference given to Infor FSM.
