The ERP Analyst operates within a collaborative, in-person team setting, possessing insights into how ERP solutions correspond with business requirements and processes within the Supply Chain, particularly in the healthcare sector. A key aspect of this position involves supporting the implementation and upkeep of the ERP system, diagnosing and resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, thereby maximizing ERP functionality. The ability to communicate effectively and share ideas, requirements, and concepts with various organizational levels while delivering exceptional customer service and managing time-sensitive needs is crucial, especially when balancing support and implementation priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

The ERP Analyst is tasked with enhancing Supply Chain functionality and operational efficiency throughout the CHRISTUS Health ERP system. This includes:

• Providing guidance and support to users in the operation and management of the ERP system.

• Fostering collaborative and positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in established processes; improving work methodologies; identifying best practices; and promoting efficiency.

• Utilizing current industry knowledge for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation within the ERP and integrated third-party solutions.

• Communicating effectively for the benefit of the team, internal stakeholders, and business partners.

• Setting priorities to manage a diverse range of tasks with minimal supervision.

• Documenting business requirements to align functionality and design with operational policies.

• Demonstrating the ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment with a commitment to learning and development.

• Ensuring system integrity through the review and testing of system updates, communicating with affected teams as necessary.

• Keeping ERP Supply Chain training materials current in line with system updates.

• Recording issues and resolutions for future reference; assisting in the creation and maintenance of FAQs.

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Collaborating with business partners to address support issues as needed.

• Monitoring system error queues and coordinating resolutions when necessary.

• Identifying and troubleshooting ERP challenges, distinguishing between user and system errors.

• Assisting with training and education as required based on identified needs.

• Serving as a resource to the ERP Analyst, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Leading onboarding activities, including system build, support, and education related to go-live preparations.

• Providing occasional on-call support outside of standard working hours.

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Exhibiting proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

• Displaying the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requirements to meet various deadlines.

• Showing a strong drive for success and a desire to assist others.

• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging with personnel at all levels within a large organization.

• Responsibilities may be adjusted as determined by leadership and/or business needs, requiring flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP support will be considered.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain is preferred, especially within healthcare.
  • Understanding of ERP solution functionalities.
  • Proficient in navigating and utilizing an ERP solution, with preference for Infor FSM.
