Position Overview: The Lead Analyst for Supply Chain Requisitions plays a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Supply Chain divisions within CHRISTUS Health. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure efficient operations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently manage INFOR modules relevant to your role, including Inventory Management, Requester, Purchasing Receiver, and Financials Viewer.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to facilitate daily tasks.
  • Employ analytical skills and problem-solving techniques to deliver project and operational assistance.
  • Engage with all facets of Supply Chain, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendor representatives.
  • Provide support to Supply Chain and clinical personnel, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product offerings.
  • Effectively communicate updates and changes to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office suite and Materials Management Applications.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience is recommended.
  • Approximately 2 years of demonstrated computer proficiency is preferred.
  • About 1 year of experience in supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical products and equipment is advantageous.
  • Experience within a hospital supply chain environment is preferred.
