Key Responsibilities- Program and operate the Eagle Fiber Laser to produce high-quality parts.
- Load and unload material and parts, and perform quality inspections to ensure conformance to requirements.
- Process Work Orders efficiently and accurately, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure drawings are correct and suitable for manufacture.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the functional performance of the equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to 5S+1 principles and continuous improvement activities.
- Associate's Degree or 2+ years of vocational technical training in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Fiber Laser operation and programming.
- Specialized skill training/certification in precision cutting and measurement.
- Proficiency in 2-D Autocad, 3-D NX, or similar CAD software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
