Overview:

The ERP Supply Chain division is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for all domestic healthcare facilities within CHRISTUS Health. A profound knowledge of ERP systems and their associated third-party applications is essential for the team's success. This role requires a thorough comprehension of ERP capabilities, architecture, and workflows as they pertain to the various Supply Chain functions.

The ERP Analyst operates within a collaborative, in-person team setting, demonstrating an understanding of how ERP solutions integrate with business requirements and processes in Supply Chain, particularly in the healthcare sector. A critical aspect of this position involves supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system, diagnosing and resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, thereby optimizing ERP functionality. The ability to effectively communicate and share insights, requirements, and concepts across different organizational levels, while delivering exceptional customer service and managing time-sensitive needs, is imperative, especially when balancing competing priorities between support and implementation.

The ERP Analyst is tasked with advancing Supply Chain functionality and operational efficiency throughout the CHRISTUS Health ERP framework. This includes:

• Guiding and supporting users in the operation and management of the ERP system.

• Fostering collaborative and positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in established processes; enhancing work methodologies; determining best practices; and promoting efficiency.

• Utilizing current industry knowledge for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation within the ERP, along with third-party integrated solutions.

• Communicating effectively for the benefit of the team, internal stakeholders, and business partners.

• Setting priorities appropriately to manage a diverse array of tasks with minimal oversight.

• Documenting business requirements to align functionality and design with processes and policies.

• Demonstrating the ability to work under tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment with a commitment to learning and growth.

• Ensuring system integrity through the review and testing of system updates, and communicating with affected teams as necessary.

• Keeping ERP Supply Chain training materials updated in line with system changes.

• Recording issues and resolutions for future reference; assisting in the creation and maintenance of FAQs.

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Collaborating with business partners to address support issues as needed.

• Monitoring system error queues and coordinating resolutions when appropriate.

• Identifying and troubleshooting ERP challenges, distinguishing between user and system errors.

• Assisting with training and education as required based on current needs.

• Serving as a resource to the ERP Analyst, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Leading onboarding activities, including system build, support, and education related to go-live preparations.

• Providing occasional on-call support outside of standard working hours.

• Possessing strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Exhibiting a proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requirements to meet various deadlines.

• Displaying a strong drive for success with a desire to assist others.

• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with personnel at all levels within a large organization.

• Responsibilities may be adjusted as determined by leadership and/or business needs, requiring flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP support will be considered.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP is required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain is preferred, especially within the healthcare sector.
  • Understanding of ERP solution functionalities is essential.
  • Experience with navigating and utilizing an ERP solution, with preference given to Infor FSM.
