The ERP Analyst operates in a collaborative, in-person team setting, demonstrating an understanding of how ERP solutions align with business requirements and processes within the Supply Chain, particularly in the healthcare sector. A key aspect of this position involves supporting the implementation and upkeep of the ERP system, diagnosing and resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance existing processes, thereby maximizing ERP functionality. The ability to effectively communicate and share ideas, needs, and concepts across various organizational levels, while providing exceptional customer service and managing time-sensitive demands, is crucial. This includes recognizing and balancing competing priorities between support and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

The ERP Analyst is tasked with advancing Supply Chain functionality and operational efficiency throughout the CHRISTUS Health ERP system. This includes:

• Guiding and assisting users in the operation and management of the ERP system.

• Fostering proactive, positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in defined processes; enhancing work methodologies; determining best practices; and promoting efficiency.

• Utilizing current industry and product knowledge for the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation within the ERP, as well as third-party integrated solutions.

• Communicating effectively for the benefit of the team, internal stakeholders, and business partners.

• Setting priorities to manage a diverse array of tasks with minimal supervision.

• Documenting business requirements to align functionality and design with processes and policies.

• Demonstrating the ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment with a commitment to learning and growth.

• Ensuring system integrity through the review and testing of system updates, communicating with affected teams as necessary.

• Keeping ERP Supply Chain training materials current to reflect system updates.

• Recording issues and resolutions for future reference; assisting in the creation and maintenance of FAQs.

• Delivering friendly, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure resolution of issues.

• Collaborating with business partners to address support issues as needed.

• Monitoring system error queues and coordinating resolutions when appropriate.

• Identifying and troubleshooting ERP challenges, distinguishing between user and system errors.

• Assisting with education and training as required based on current needs.

• Supporting the ERP Analyst by providing guidance and assistance as needed.

• Leading onboarding activities, including build, support, and education related to go-live preparation.

• Providing occasional on-call support outside of standard working hours.

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Being highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.

• Exhibiting the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and requirements to meet various deadlines.

• Showing a strong drive to succeed with a desire to assist others.

• Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with all levels of personnel in a large organization.

• Responsibilities may be adjusted as determined by leadership and/or business needs, requiring flexibility to adapt.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP support will be considered.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or ERP required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, with preference given to those with healthcare experience.
  • Understanding of ERP solution functionality.
  • Experience in using and navigating an ERP solution, with preference for Infor FSM.
