Key Responsibilities:

  • The Export Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the execution of the planned export volume each month for the designated region.
  • This role requires collaboration across various functions, primarily with Order to Cash (OTC) and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Key interactions in OTC include Export/Outbound Coordinators, Logistics Operations, and Order Coordinators.
  • Within S&OP, the Coordinator will engage with Production Schedulers and Supply Planners from the sending region, as well as the order creator from the receiving region.
  • As the primary contact for Logistics Operations, the Coordinator will address any issues arising from the booking update process that may affect material availability or other blocks on orders.
  • In cases where material availability issues arise, the Coordinator will work to resolve these challenges and escalate them to the Order Coordinator when necessary.
  • It is essential for the Coordinator to investigate and document any instances of material availability loss.
  • Periodic analysis of this data will be conducted to collaborate with the OTC team to enhance the booking update process.
  • The Coordinator will monitor export performance against the plan, identifying deviations and collaborating with OTC Export/Outbound Coordinators to implement corrective actions. This includes rescheduling any overdue orders to align with future execution plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP is required.
  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or supply chain planning is necessary.
  • Experience in finite inventory planning, encompassing raw materials and finished goods deployment, is essential.
  • APICS certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with advanced planning and scheduling solutions, such as JDA/Blue Yonder, is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
