In this position, you will spearhead recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, particularly focusing on technical positions. As a trusted advisor in recruitment, your exceptional collaboration and communication skills will be essential in influencing hiring strategies and decisions to effectively fulfill the organization’s staffing requirements by attracting and retaining top-tier talent.

Your responsibilities will include identifying, qualifying, and aligning candidates with our technological needs, thereby contributing to our innovative and fast-paced culture.

Additionally, you will support the CEO, dedicating approximately 10-15% of your time to this role, as we embrace a culture of versatility and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in direct sourcing of candidates through various methods, including traditional and innovative techniques such as utilizing recruiting platforms, databases, social media, and search engines; conducting outreach to prospective candidates.
  • Oversee the entire Full Life-Cycle Recruiting process, which includes scheduling interviews, ensuring the quality of candidate resumes, and acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Implement college recruiting initiatives to attract emerging talent.
  • Maintain tracking metrics and thorough recordkeeping to assess recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting is essential.
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities, including partnerships with search firms and job boards.
  • Self-motivated candidates with a proven track record of exceeding performance standards are preferred.
  • Prior experience in recruiting for new technologies, specifically in engineering, technical, or IT roles, is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a desire for professional growth into a Human Resources Generalist role, are highly valued.
