Position Overview

Who you are: You are an enthusiastic expert in paid search and social media, eager to challenge conventional digital practices in a dynamic and enjoyable environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaign structures according to client specifications and ensure thorough quality assurance.
  • Format reporting data and compile actionable insights.
  • Train junior associates on platform execution.
  • Comprehend client objectives and maximize success metrics through strategic tactics, technology, and data analysis.
  • Research and brainstorm targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new beta opportunities with partners.
  • Coordinate the setup of promoted social media posts, managing assets between creative agencies, client teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client communications.
  • Participate in status and reporting calls, both internally and with client/social platform partners.
  • Optimize, test, and maintain advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with associates on developing end-of-campaign reports and crafting insights for clients.
  • Review associate work as needed, including campaign builds and billing-related items.
  • Draft points of view on potential paid social opportunities to present to clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for billing inquiries, including client budgets and ensuring accurate invoicing and credits for campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; strong time management skills are essential.
  • Exceptional writing and communication abilities, along with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Experience executing multiple campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and at least one other platform (X, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, or LinkedIn).
  • Thorough understanding of social platform capabilities and the ability to set up diverse campaigns with varying objectives.
  • Solid knowledge of the SEM industry, including key players and supporting technologies (bid management tools, AdWords, and Microsoft Ads).
  • Proven ability to translate high-level client goals into effective media strategies using online technologies.
  • Strong grasp of testing marketing tactics and achieving performance metrics.
  • Expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and bid management.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with peers and internal teams through various communication channels.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capability to prepare presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • A college degree is not a requirement for candidates.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and Social.
  • Experience in an agency setting is preferred.

Our Total Compensation package is competitive, including a salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
