Position Summary:

The Analyst, Paid Search plays a crucial role in overseeing and executing media campaign strategies across search platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong mathematical abilities, excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a creative mindset, alongside a solid understanding of consumer behavior in search media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research essential for developing new campaigns.
  • Assist in gathering data necessary for strategic planning.
  • Manage the execution of approved campaign plans.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and the competitive landscape.
  • Optimize paid search performance to align with business goals.
  • Formulate optimization strategies and testing plans.
  • Utilize bid management tools and platforms such as Google, Bing, and Oath for campaign development and optimization.
  • Extract and analyze data to enhance campaign reporting and insights.
  • Maintain detailed records for the monthly billing cycle.
  • Address billing discrepancies in collaboration with client strategy and billing teams.
  • Familiarize with relevant reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis tools.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for purchase authorization.
  • Stay updated on search industry trends and emerging tools.
  • Complete all required training programs and certifications.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in SEM or paid media through internships or professional roles.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to collaborate within a team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Additional Information:

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $46,500-$67,500 annually, subject to adjustments based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
