YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies for our clients. Your expertise in paid search will be crucial in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and collaborating effectively across teams. Your insights will be key to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Work with a variety of clients across sectors such as e-commerce and entertainment to design and implement effective paid search campaigns.
  • Create and execute strategies that not only achieve client objectives but also optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze data to extract insights that will enhance your campaign strategies for greater effectiveness.

Comprehensive Business Insight:

  • Gain a deep understanding of client business models and competitive landscapes to create campaigns that drive profitability.
  • Develop compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and convert clicks into measurable results.

Integrated Channel Strategy:

  • Collaborate with various teams to design and execute cohesive omni-channel marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across multiple platforms, enhancing user experience.

Automation and Analytics:

  • Utilize automation tools to streamline processes and enhance ROI for clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance from various angles to optimize results.

Mentorship:

  • Guide a team of analysts, sharing your expertise to elevate overall skill levels.
  • Work with business development to conduct audits and create tailored pitches.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in search marketing, demonstrating a proven ability to drive results.
  • Experience across diverse client verticals, particularly in e-commerce and entertainment.

Analytical Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex campaign challenges.

Time Management:
